In planning our trip to Puerto Rico I've been looking for a hotel in Ponce, the city we'll be staying in. Unlike San Juan, there's not 2 luxury hotels per square inch of city, so I need to choose carefully among the hotels available. I'm looking for something mid-range, with a pool since it will be AUGUST in the CARIBBEAN. So I headed over to TripAdvisor, where I know I'll find reliable reviews of hotels by people who have been there.
Now I just found out that TripAdvisor has a blog, which is a pretty hilarious read. It does have some useful info too, though - I particularly liked their piece on the dirtiest hotels. They even have a link where you can send your horror story if you've stayed at a hotel to top this one.
Okay, enough procrastinating, I have to go get ready for the snowy (ugh!) drive to Ann Arbor.
